Our Mission & Vision

The Azad Kashmir Private Schools and Colleges Association is a non-profit organization established in 1989. Founded by KH Abdul Hana, Late Rehmatullah Rahmani, Chaudhary Muhammad Iqbal, and others, the association aims to promote and protect the interests of private educational institutions in Azad Kashmir.

With its own constitution, working body, and organizational structure, the association works towards the betterment of registered private educational organizations. APSCA is committed to enhancing educational standards, advocating for the rights and interests of private institutions, and ensuring a collaborative relationship with the government and stakeholders.

As the sole voice of the private education sector, APSCA plays a vital role in shaping educational policies, addressing sectoral challenges, and promoting excellence in learning.

Our Organizational Structure

APSCA has a well-defined hierarchical structure designed to effectively represent private educational institutions across Azad Kashmir.

Central Body

The topmost level, elected through a province-wide electoral process where each school has one vote. Responsible for overall governance and strategic direction of APSCA.

Central Executive Council (CEC)

The primary policy-making authority that plays a vital role in forming organizational structure, constitutional amendments, policy development, and key decision-making.

District Bodies

Eleven district-level chapters covering ten districts and one capital body, each elected through district-level elections. They implement APSCA policies at the local level.

Tehsil Bodies

Local-level bodies functioning under each district body, which can be either nominated or elected. They address grassroots issues and concerns of member institutions.

Central Executive Council (CEC)

The Central Executive Council holds significant importance within the APSCA hierarchy.
